मनस्विन् a. [प्रशस्तं मनः अस्त्यस्य विनि]

1 Wise, intel- ligent, clever, high-souled, high-minded; तया मेने मनस्विन्या लक्ष्म्या च वसुधाधिपः R.1.32; Pt.2.12; विपक्त्रिमज्ञानगति- र्मनस्वी Bk.1.1.

-3 Steady-minded, resolute, determined; Ku.5.6; मनस्वी कार्यार्थी न गणयति दुःखं न च सुखम् Bh.2.81. -m. The fabulous animal called Śarabha.
